1. Your files
The images and documents you use in Fichora’s tools are processed only in your browser, on your device. They are never sent to our servers or to anyone else, so we have no access to them. The site is also configured to technically block sending data to any address other than those listed below.
2. Data kept on your device
For your convenience, some information is saved in your browser only (it is never sent to us):
- your preferences (quality, page size, margins, chosen language);
- a draft of the pages you are working on, so you do not lose them if you close the tab by mistake.
You can delete them at any time with the tool’s “Remove all” button, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. They are strictly necessary for the service you request and are never used for tracking.
3. Visitor statistics
To know how many people use the site and to improve the tools, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not use your browser’s storage and does not identify you personally. It measures aggregate data: page views, country, device and browser type, and referring site. More information: Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
4. Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.. Like any host, it technically processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site against attacks. Fichora does not use this data.
5. Advertising
To stay free, Fichora may display ads (for example through Google AdSense). Before any advertising cookie is used, you will be asked for your consent through a banner, and you can refuse without losing access to the tools. This policy will be updated at that time.
6. Contact by email
If you email us, your address and message are used only to reply to you. They are kept for as long as the conversation requires, and deleted after one year at the latest.
7. External links
The donation button leads to Ko-fi, which has its own privacy policy. No data is sent to Ko-fi unless you click that link.
8. Data controller and your rights
The data controller is the site publisher (a private individual, see the legal notice), reachable at fichora.contact@gmail.com. The publisher lives in France, so the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, email us. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or with the authority in your country.
